Muscle Imbalance Score is operated by Tim Ceeney, who is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at timceeney@gmail.com.

  • Account data — name, email address, login credentials (when you create an account)
  • Assessment & training data — strength values you enter, symmetry scores, workout logs, goals, and plan progress
  • Support messages — correspondence when you contact us
  • Usage & device data — IP address, device/browser identifiers, and telemetry about how you use the Service

3. How and why we use it

  • Creating and managing your account (legal basis: contract performance)
  • Providing the Service — scores, plans, logs, and reports (contract performance)
  • Security and fraud prevention, and product improvement (legitimate interests)
  • Customer support (legitimate interests)
  • Marketing emails and tips, where you have opted in (consent)
  • Meeting legal obligations (legal obligation)

4. Who we share it with

  • Service providers/subprocessors — hosting, analytics, and support tooling that process data on our behalf
  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed
  • Authorities — where required by law

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We respond to requests within one month.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies (required for sign-in and security) and limited analytics storage to understand product usage. We do not use marketing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. International transfers

Some service providers process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
