Muscle Imbalance Score ("the Service") is operated by Tim Ceeney ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and are contracting with Tim Ceeney.
The Service provides a self-assessment tool that estimates left/right strength imbalance, a symmetry score, workout logging, and (for Pro subscribers) AI-generated training plans and progress insights. The Service provides general fitness education and performance insight only. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not guarantee injury prevention. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any exercise program.
You must not misuse the Service, including by:
You are responsible for the content you submit (including training data and AI prompts), for verifying the accuracy of any outputs before acting on them, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Pro features use AI to generate training plans and insights. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are general fitness guidance, not professional advice. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs and for having the rights to any content you input. We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
